Policy regarding cancelled or missed appointments<\/h2>\n

We strive to render excellent dental care to all our patients. To continue to do so, we need your collaboration.<\/p>\n

We ask that you please give our office 48 hours notice<\/strong> in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, either by phone or by email. This 48-hour notice will allow us to offer the appointment to another patient and to reorganize our team’s schedule so as not to be penalized by your absence.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, except in extreme circumstances, a 40$ cancellation fee<\/strong> will be charged. No future appointments can be scheduled nor can records be transferred without the payment of this fee.<\/p>\n

Additionally, we ask that you arrive on time<\/strong> for your appointment. If a patient is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment and the $40 cancellation fee will be charged.<\/p>\n
